I'm Destiny Lasane — LMSW, DSW candidate, second youngest of 5, avid overthinker, believer, and someone who's had to hold it all together more times than I can count.

I know what it’s like to lead, serve, and care deeply... while quietly burning out in the background. I've had to learn (sometimes the hard way) how to slow down, check in with myself, and start healing in real life — not just on paper and especially not just for the "gram".

My journey hasn’t been linear, and it definitely hasn’t been quiet — but it’s been mine and I own that. And somewhere along the way, I realized: if I needed a space to feel seen, supported, and grounded… others probably did too.

That’s why I created Inside Out — an intentional space offering support groups, healing resources, and room to breathe for people like me (and maybe like you).

I'm glad you're here, and I hope that means you're finally choosing you — your healing, your peace, and your next best (whatever that means for you).
